Before you purchase a membership we invite all new members to try our CrossFit class for free. You can do this by registering via button under this text. Don’t worry if you feel like CrossFit class might be too difficult, we have a special system, called Level Method, which helps new members to scale all the exercises. Or you can just fill up the form regarding your goals to start training with us, and we will call you to tell everything about our training.
It is highly recommended that all our new members, who doesn’t have CrossFit experience should go through a Foundation course. This course consists of 3 Personal training sessions during which you will learn all the basics of CrossFit. After you finish you personal training sessions you will have unlimited membership for the rest of the month, so that you could try all our classes and find the best schedule for you. After you purchase this membership one of our coaches will call you to schedule your first Personal training session.
Thats the most effective way to start doing CrossFit.
After you finish the foundation course or if you have CrossFit experience. You should pick one of our plans so that you could register to all our classes yourself. We have two types of memberships. We have different types of memberships so you could pick the one which suits you the best.
